LEVEL TWO COACH

Lyndsey Hampson

Lyndsey is based in North Wales and is passionate about dressage, hacking, and even pops the occasional mini cross-pole jump! By day, Lyndsey is a qualified accountant and Group Financial Controller for a Japanese-owned recruitment agency, which is quite far removed from her equestrian life but comes with comparable challenges!

At age 19, Lyndsey’s riding journey began after a transformative trek across the Canadian Rockies, leading her to buy her first horse. Her proudest accomplishment was riding Splodge at the BD Team Quest regional finals. Though retired to the field now, Splodge, her versatile partner, took her to Novice level dressage.

These days Lyndsey’s enjoys hacking in the stunning Welsh countryside and attending clinics with her coloured cob, Kay, who is teaching her patience and perseverance. They aspire to work through the dressage levels whilst having lots of fun along the way.

For Lyndsey becoming a Licensed Coach through FCM is her way of giving back and helping others achieve their equestrian dreams. FCM has been pivotal in shaping her own journey, and she is excited to pay it forward.

LEVEL TWO COACH

Rebekah Jackson Reece

Rebekah joined Flying Changes in 2021 as an ambassador. Rebekah doubted that she had what it would take for the Ambassador program – which pretty much sums up her journey so far! Working closely with Jenni for a year, Rebekah realised
how much mindset matters, that's why she eagerly embraced the chance to become
a Licensed Coach, and she is loving every moment of it.

Her battle with competition jitters and performance anxiety were holding her
back big time – impacting her riding both at home and in competitions. Thanks
to Jenni's guidance, Rebekah has broken through those barriers and more and she
loves sharing about the powerful transformations that come from this journey. She believes that there is no quick fix, but that coaching is genuine work that should be a part of everyone's training.

As a coach, Rebekah is straightforward yet kind, and she sprinkles in some humour when the moment calls for it. Outside the horse world, Rebekah runs two businesses, but dreams of producing young event horses on her very own yard.

LEVEL TWO COACH

JO ALDERTON WHITWORTH

Jo lives in the picturesque Wye Valley where she manages a yard of like-minded individuals that form a supportive equestrian community. Her pursuits encompass a broad spectrum, including dressage, coaching para dressage, hacking, and engaging in fun rides. Jo has also dabbled in working equitation and occasionally competes in show jumping, rejuvenating her childhood zest.

Jo’s true passion lies in nurturing partnerships between horses and humans, anchored in attentive communication. Groundwork plays a huge role in this and enables Jo to gain subtle feedback from both horse and human. It serves as a conduit for understanding the human psyche, enhancing her coaching precision to help identify potential relationship hindrances.

While Jo still partakes in competitions, her focus has shifted from obsessive pursuits to personal growth. Assessing her own progress and capabilities through a composed mind appeals to her more than accruing wins. Her perspective-driven explorations extend to goal-setting and mindful decluttering, aligning her ambitions with authenticity.

Above all, Jo’s passion lies in facilitating others' problem-solving journeys, equipping them with practical tools within a supportive framework.
