The Flying Changes Mindset Licenced Coach Programs are designed to support anyone who wants to add a deep understanding of mindset as well as high quality 121 personal coaching skills into their existing rider coaching and training practices, or set up a new one. We want to raise the bar on the quality of mindset coaching and understanding of psychology in riders by delivering this world class program.
Our programs are internationally approved professional certifications. Whilst this is tailored for equine professionals, the techniques can be transferred into any area of life. You don't already have to be a coach to learn!

I understand the frustration of wanting to help riders overcome fears and achieve their goals, but there is a lack of equestrian-specific mindset coaching courses. Certainly none of which have been approved by external accreditation providers to show they meet the high standards of content and delivery required for real peace of mind. It's disheartening when available options either lack grounded psychology theory or fail to address the unique challenges riders face. That's why we set out to create something truly revolutionary.
For years, myself and my team at Flying Changes Mindset have been dedicated to supporting riders of all levels, uncovering the power of mindset in transforming their riding experiences. Often we would be undoing the work of an unqualified person, who was well-meaning but actually just made the situation worse through a lack of knowledge and understanding of applied psychology. We realised the need for comprehensive mindset coaching programs that not only equip individuals with the necessary skills but also delve into the intricacies of rider mindset, fear, and confidence. We also found that adding a "trauma-informed approach" really was the key to unlocking lasting changes at a root cause level.
However, we understand that simply attending courses or reading books isn't enough. Without guided practice, the application of proven methodologies and assessment of those skills, it's challenging to make a real impact. After all, psychology is about humans and no two people are exactly the same! That's where our program fills the gap, providing accredited training and practical tools to drive genuine transformation.

Flying Changes Mindset Licensed Coach Programs
You don't need a degree in psychology or be a genius to understand the workings of a human brain and actually make changes to a person's thinking. Overcoming fear and anxiety is a case of knowing how and why it occurs and most importantly having the right tools to use at the right time to unlock a person's ability to move past fear and into confidence, no matter how or where they want it.
Incorrect advice, however well-intentioned, can worsen a person's fear, embedding it deeper rather than removing it. Techniques that aren't grounded in understanding the psychological complexities can lead to increased anxiety, diminished confidence, safety issues and a strained relationship between rider and coach.
On the program you'll:
- Acquire advanced communication skills to effectively connect with clients and facilitate transformative coaching sessions.
- Develop expertise in trauma release techniques and neurological reprogramming to address deep-seated issues and facilitate lasting change.

These credentials serve as tangible proof of your expertise and enables you to confidently market your services to clients.

Hi, I'm Jenni Winter-Leach.
Nurturing individuals and their talent have always been at the heart of my professional life. After enjoying a successful corporate career as a Global Consultant in Talent Management, I felt the need to combine my love for the equestrian world and my ability as a Mindset Coach. This led me to develop Flying Changes Mindset (FCM), a market-leading business in the Equestrian sphere.
As an International Master & Trauma Informed Mindset Coach, Trainer, Award-Winning Professional Speaker & International Best Selling Author, I support riders at ALL levels of equestrian sport to overcome fears and anxiety, develop their mental performance and create real and lasting impacts on their results. I have spent years developing my own coaching and training skills and gaining qualifications that have helped me to then train others in my methodoliogies.
FCM now has a team of incredible coaches and we can't wait to bring in more to our community and start to really raise the bar on the standard of mindset coaching available to riders right now!
When I'm not running the business, supporting riders, training coaches, running workshops and talking at events - you'll find me riding my Lusitano in Showing, Dressage and Working Equitation. You will also find me running around after my Sproodle and my little girl who is now a toddler and keeps my life even crazier!
