Hi, I'm Jenni the Founder of Flying Changes Mindset.

I was once at rock bottom in my riding. I was fearful of hacking out, I had no confidence in my ability, I got shockingly bad scores in competitions and was really starting to resent my horses a little bit. What was supposed to be giving me hours of pleasure was in fact causing me hours of stress and costing me a small fortune for the privilege!

Then I discovered something that changed not only my riding but my life, for good... MINDSET! Long story short, I find it so transformative that I got trained up, left my corporate career and set up Flying Changes Mindset over a decade ago. The fact it is still going strong (in-fact our team is growing fast) shows that Mindset has now become a core part of being the rider you want to be. Your mind is always with you and ultimately controls everything you do. So knowing how to use it effectively is a bit of a no brainer (pun intended!). 

Flying Changes Mindset supports horse riders like you to overcome your own mindset barriers to success so you can enjoy riding and feel like a winner, no matter what level or discipline you choose. We work with riders like you to overcome fears, rewire traumas, achieve peak performance and ultimately love riding. Unlike other mindset approaches, we don't just deal with the symptoms with conscious tools (that often can’t be executed when you need to), we focus on rewiring the root cause in order to get long lasting changes that happen unconsciously and stop the symptoms arising in the first place. 

Having grown in the past decade from just being Me to a team of highly skilled mindset coaches, every one of our team is a horse rider who has been through the FCM programs to overcome mental barriers themselves. So they know just how powerful changing your mindset can be. 

Not only do we know it's possible and believe in our unique system, we also understand the passion and dedication that we put into our beautiful horses. As well as this we also have experienced what it's like to feel scared, anxious, desperate to do well and let down when we don't get the outcome we've worked so hard to try and achieve. Everyone of us has overcome these barriers ourselves with the support of Me and each other. We are living breathing proof that it absolutely can be done and you are definitely not alone in how you might be feeling right now. 

Mindset isn't just for those competing or at the higher levels. We work at all levels from Grass Roots to Grand Prix in every possible discipline from hacking to eventing and beyond. We want every horse and rider to be in a confident and happy partnership and we ultimately feel that the rider’s mindset plays as big a part in this as the skills training for both horse and rider.
